Bulk Apply Budget to Barcodes
Users can now bulk apply a budgeted cost to barcodes independent of the budgeting functionality by selecting multiple units, entering financial details, and applying the budget allocation in a streamlined process.
Budget Variable Setup Page
A new Budget Variable page has been created where users can define and manage budget variables. This allows users to set up combinations of variables that impact budget calculations by selecting relevant fields from master tables, ensuring accurate budget application to unit lines.
Budget Cost Creation for Variable Combinations
Users can now create, edit, and manage budget costs based on various combinations of up to 15 different variables, such as commodity, variety group, and packhouse. The iRoot Budget Cost page allows for detailed financial category allocations, supports export to Excel, and includes an import function for streamlined budgeting.
Budget Calculation and Allocation to Barcodes
iRoot users can now apply budgeted costs to barcodes based on predefined variables. The new function allows users to calculate and assign budgeted amounts from loading documents or unit lines, generating a detailed budget allocation worksheet. Error handling ensures smooth calculations even when variables are missing, with the option to post or cancel the budget allocations. Phase 2 includes batch processing and updates to budget allocations.
Additional Information Fields for Commodity Packs
Users can now enter additional information on commodity packs, including Format, Unit, and Unit Weight, enhancing the detail available for budget variables.
